4 Liter Stainless Steel Lined Matte Black Airpot with Metal Lever

Purchased this for the capacity. Looks great but the top was cracked when we opened the box so we haven't been able to use it. We had ordered two and the first one was fine. This was our back up so we didn't open it right away.

I bought these for my employee cafeteria. They look nice but my order was not packed well. Masking tape was holding the top of the box down which is never a good sign. When I opened the pump pot, I noticed a piece of plastic inside the airpot. Unfortunately, it was the piece that holds the top pump in place so, I cannot use it. As far as the product itself, it looks nice and seems like it would function well.

The hinges on these break very easily. Two actually came broken from Webstaurantstore and they refused to have them returned. The seals are flimsy and are made of poor material. Do not waste your money here. Also shame Webstrauntstore for not backing the products they sell.

The warranty is only valid for 6 months and it died on us at month 9, which is ridiculous seeing as we handwash these and they are well taken care of. We replaced our old airpots simply because these were sleek and nicer looking than stainless steel, but those old ones are still working after 5+ years. After 9 months of daily use from 6am - 12pm, it no longer keeps coffee hot and loses temperature fast, the vacuum seal must be broken. Completely unacceptable lifespan. Gave an extra star for the Webstaurant support which couldn't replace or refund it but gave store credit. Will be buying a different brand though and would suggest you look elsewhere!

I own a busy cafe and was in need of replacements from the Bunn airpot I had been using for years, I needed the largest capacity I could get and was excited to see Acopa brand and price. We have been using two of them for barely a month now and the benefit of having a large canister for easy filling is great but the seal on the o-ring took a bit of messing with. It wouldn't track on the groves and now after a month it is misshapen and doesn't seal at all. I already need to replace one of the airpots because I can no longer use it, the second one doesn't look as if it will last much more. We do wash all our dishes by hand, so it has nothing to do with a dish machine. I would steer clear if this is something you plan to use on the daily, if its a once and awhile thing- the airpot will be great for that but operating 7 days a week, not so much.

We use these airpots to take hot coffee to events we do. Will keep coffee hot for 5-6 hours, longer if you preheat with hot water.
