For starters, i ordered one matte black and one decaf airport and received 2 of each instead. Only to realise 3 were terribly damaged. The shipping packaging was totally disappointing- no protective wrap at all. i had these items shipped to the UK and incurred all these costs for absolutely nothing. i should have believed the negative reviews. i am not motivated to test these airpots. Overall i do not know whether the product is poor quality or the problem was with shipping department.

These are NOT at all sturdy and NOT well built dispensers. We use to have dispensers from Choice brand they lasted us for 4 years but these ones didn't even survive the shipping and whatever survived the shipping, broke in first or second use. Terrible quality and high price! Waste of money.
