This 20 oz French press is a great size for smaller batches and individual service. It is easy to handle, easy to clean, and works well for tea or coffee-style drinks. The plunger moves smoothly, the glass looks nice, and the frame gives it a sturdy feel without making it bulky. The smaller size is especially useful when we do not need a full large press but still want a polished presentation. It is compact, practical, and reliable. In the world of beverage equipment, this is the tactical compact version: smaller footprint, same mission, no unnecessary drama. Five stars.

Everything on this French Press works perfectly. I did like having a glass handle. I also like that there's zero plastic. I can't speak to how long the handle would last, or not, simply bcuz my butterfingers husband dropped, and broke it, after only a month. He does that with most all our glass items. He's why we can't have nice things... Which brings me to the next thing to review about this product. There doesn't seem to be anywhere here to purchase a glass replacement decanter. Now I have the lid, and all the metal parts, but I cannot seem to find another glass insert that those parts will fit. I have tried, and bought glass replacements, but for some reason they are just milimeters different. This was not the 1st glass French Press the hubs has broken. And I'm just waiting for him to break the one we have now! Meanwhile, I have enough various sized French Press parts I'm thinking of opening a repair shop of my own! Take my advice – only buy a glass French Press from a place that also sells replacement parts! Otherwise, the two of us will have to get together and seriously open a replacement parts shop of our own!! If you don't have butterfingers, this is a great French Press. The way we make it, we got about 14 ounces of liquid coffee from this size French Press. More coffee makers should be plastic free like this one!

This is very breakable. We used for probably three months before it broke. I don’t think this is an issue of the makeup of this. Just save yourself the money and buy a stainless steel one that will last forever. It is worth it.

I like that the silicone base can be removed for thorough cleaning. I bought the 20oz and like that I can make a small quantity of coffee. Used with a coarse grind medium roast bean and made great coffee.

This french press is offered in our retail tea shop. It has a great price point for someone who is budget conscious, but still seeking an open loose leaf infusion. The easy clean up of this item is also a plus.

This 33 oz coffee press is a regular good cheap alternative to the super expensive coffee presses. The filter is really good, and does not bend or move when you push the lever down. Most importantly it is very easy to clean, and coffee grime does not get stuck on indefinitely.
