I purchased one about 10 years ago after moving to AZ. The public water is not pleasant so we buy by the gallon from a water store and dispense that drinking water from this dispenser. It's been used at least twice a day for 10 years without any leaks. Very pretty too.

We are on our 4th one of these that was accidentally broken by one of our employees. We originally ordered 2 of these last year and the spigot on both started leaking. We got replacement spigots, but it kept happening. I then reached out to Webstaurant to replace them, and they did right away. However, once again, less than a month later the spigots were leaking. Lovely design, but not worth the price, and poor quality.

Very nice and attractive decanted dispenser. The metal base helps elevate the container up so it is easier to dispense.
