We ordered 36 of these mugs in June. Fully 50% of them arrived broken, damage ranging from cracked to smashed. The refund process was fairly painless, but still...we were going to use those. It's now August. We are down to 8 mugs. Most of them showed cracks after 2-3 weeks of use. We are not a school cafeteria or a prison; we are a moderately busy coffee shop in a small town. Ultimately these cups are cheap enough that I'm probably just going to keep replacing them, but it feels a little silly when they could just make better mugs.
