i use this for my restaurant and it works great . it is also very convenient to use at 325 F commercial convention oven that i like the most.

I use these for my baked egg frittatas and quiches and they work great. I own a busy coffee shop and so far none have broke in the oven at 325F commercial convection oven.

Purchased those to use for our baked pasta dishes, they are nice looking, elegant , reasonably priced, but they cracked the first time used in the oven. the description claimed they are oven safe.
