This little cheese knife/cleaver is a cute little addition to any kitchen. We use this for all types of cutting or carving. Nice dirty handle is plastic and the blade is sharp stainless steel. You can’t go wrong with this little knife for the price. Highly recommend recommended.

A great full tang handle paired with a sharp blade makes for easy work when cutting through medium to hard cheeses. I loved it for Parmesan and Gouda

Nice well built cheese knife the quality is great and as always shipping and price can’t be beat. I order from here often and have never been disappointed. I don’t think they can be beat with price and quality of products they sell.
