Handy full tang cheese knife it has two prongs on the top to pick up cheese in a sanitary manner and is the sharpest one of the bunch. I enjoy this one very much

Nice well made cheese knife with built in serving fork. Highly recommended for cheese slicing needs would purchase again price and shipping are always great.
