Cute little knife is perfect for any kitchen application. Sharp on one side allows you to cut cheese or other food items, other side is flat so great for spreading condiments, Mustard or the like. Great little utensil for the price.

These are really nice, glad we bought the whole matching set. Sharp, durable and easy to use. These have great handles and make a great entertaining set or you can use everyday.

The knife is small. it is solidly made, and the knife cuts through cheese like butter! I don't know how long the blade will be sharp, but it's not a product you will use every day. It's attractive enough to be set at a buffet for catering events!
