I purchased this plate as an sample and I'm planning to use it for some fish dishes. The size makes it perfect holding a whole fish, and the depth of this plate also allows certain amount of fish broth. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought a case of 6 to check them out and they seem nice to use for passed apps. However they Look more green than gray.....
