Straight Up 14 oz. Beverage Glass - Sample

I would highly recommend you avoid these glasses in a commercial setting. We bought a few cases of these, and within 3 weeks of our business being open, we were down to the last case. We seriously break like 5 a day. Sometimes, we just spray them with hot water and they even crack. We're honestly scared to wash them at this point, because every time we do dishes, at least one or two break, and someone gets cut. So, I'm throwing these away and ordering a different brand. I didn't believe the reviews before I bought them...and then learned my lesson...don't be like me ha.

I bought 16 cases and only 3 glasses came broken. The customer service was so quick in replacing those three glasses and packed them with extra padding to ensure they made it to me with no issue. I submitted a claim via the chat and the replacements got to me within 3 days. I am very impressed!

The tumblers are much too fragile and frequently break in the dishwasher (on a "normal'" cycle). 5 of the purchased tumblers have broken. These tumblers are used only for informal use as water glasses. None of the broken items were dropped or otherwise damaged in use.

Ordered 4 cases of these and 35 out of the 48 broke in transit. There was no additional padding to the glassware in the cardboard. The remaining 13 glasses have been fine thus far, but they really need to step it up in terms of packaging for shipping. Webstaurant customer support has been very helpful for this issue.

These glasses are nice looking, but extremely fragile. Our staff has had to separately hand-wash these, as they'll break just from jostling around in the dish machine.

I have ordered this brand for various dinnerware, glassware, smallware, etc., and use to some breakage in transit as well as staff/customer abuse. Overall, the quality versus price on this brand is acceptable. However, these 13oz straight ups are garbage!! They break just by looking at them! Customers will pick them up at tables after having water filled and the bottom will just fall off. In the dish, the rim will fall off, but make a clean break so if one is not careful could serve an exposed glass edge to customers. They don't just crack or break into pieces, rather sections will just fall off and what makes them more dangerous in my opinion. Ordered 15 cases back in September, now down to two less than three months later and just pulled the remaining from circulation due to safety/liability concerns. I know that is relative to the size of the business, so to put in perspective we usually place glassware orders once or twice a year and only purchase maybe a couple dozen at a time. We had changed our water glasses from tapered pint mixing glasses in attempts to get a nicer look with these, that's why we purchased so much at once. "[I] choose....unwisely" lol. Normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but these are really not safe for a commercial environment.
