Overall the product its fine but what really lack is the delivery quality and packaging its really bad, recently got this package and one bottles arrive shatter in pieces this is the second time it happens the first time did not complain because of how busy I was but one box of set of 24 glass were delivered broken, for the price you pay in the delivery fees the least you can expect its to have your items in one piece.

Entire box showed up shattered. They do not properly package or label these items fragile for shipment.

Very fragile, break easily. We've had several that have broken in half with a soft bump up against a neighboring bottle. We bought these as a replacement when a similar Libby bottle was out of stock and it is no where near as good of quality, would not purchase again

I love this glass bottle and definitely bought cases for my business but have taken one of those cases home for personal use! They do not leak and the perfect amount for those who bring or supply their own water !

I did not have the breakage issues that I read about in other reviews. These may be an improved version. In either case, I do like the look.

Extremely bad quality, handling and don't recommend this brand. 2 shipments and it came almost completely broken causing me to bleed.
