Quality of glasses are great, exactly what i expected. However during shipping one broke.

The product is fine, but when I got my order, 3 boxes were missing. When I received replacement boxes, 2 of the 3 boxes were completely shattered. I’m appreciative of customer service, but there was a lack of communication between departments, so they ended up having to overnight me my replacements. Last minute I still had to scramble for 24 more glasses since my 2 boxes were shattered.

I decides to change my wine glasses and I chose these 8.5 oz ones. I like the tulip shape and the material. I was worried that it would be thin glass but is thick and looks really nice. The only thing is that are a bit shorter from what I expected but otherwise look beautiful.

The things are hefty! Make no mistake, these are not your bargain bin wine glasses. They will not shatter in your hands like others do

A couple came broken but Webstaurant was quick to send new ones out. These glasses work well in our cafe and fit well in the hand. No complaints yet,

I am in love with these glasses , can not believe the quality and thickness of the glass for such a low price. Love them for sangria , the slightly larger 14 oz size is perfect!
