Not sure if I received a bad product because of all the reviews that are good here. But the base came dented and unusable. The lid also doesn’t match up. I have a product that I’m unable to use, but have to pay to return. Kinda crappy.

Good Quality, glass was a bit thicker than expected which is good compare to others. Spout is plastic and may break over time with frequent use. Overall good value.

Super cute and exceptionally well priced! This is a great size for a party. The removable/replaceable spout is a great feature, even though it is quite difficult to attach the spout with enough force to stop leaking. If there is a small drip around the seal, the metal stand catches the drip before it can stain the tablecloth. The included ice core and diffuser are superb features, too.

This drink dispenser is absolutely perfect. It holds the perfect amount of 2.5 gallons, which by far is more than any other glass dispenser I could ever find. The little chain chalkboard sign adds The Perfect Touch. It is a perfect addition to any party
