I like this glasses but the delivery its horrible, bad packing, no protection of the glasses, really disappointing that I'm looking to find a better company that delivers at least your items in one piece, see pictures below.

I should have read the reviews before. Like the ones before. These are very thin and will break in shipping. I had 1-4 broken glasses in each case i bought. These glasses are packed in very thinnest cardboard you can find. I'll go with a better named glass company from now on.

These are fragile, but far less so than stemmed martini glasses. They were shipped with good double packing, even so there were 3 broken glasses in the first box. All other boxes were in good shape. They have mixed reviews from our bar tenders, namely fragile as previously stated, but they look good and have been more sturdy than the stemmed glasses they replaced. The price is good. Marginally recommend. I would consider ordering in the future, but will shop for alternatives.

The glasses are nice and as I expected. However, their packaging is TERRIBLE! I order four dozen glasses. every box had 2-3 broken glasses in them and one box had 8 out of 12 broken!!! Their was not proper packing for shipping glassware. I emailed customer service and never received a response.

The packaging. These were shipped with no bubble wrap or foam or anything but little cardboard dividers inbetween them. I ordered 20 cases and they but in larger boxes that did not say fragile anywhere on them.

These glasses are super delicate. We use them for catering, and always lose 6-20 per event. If you don't put them in rack carefully, they will break. We have the right size rack, they just break if you even tap the side on the rack.
