Item packaging is very good. This chafer looks really good on our restaurant buffet. There are no food pan inserts listed on Webstaurant that fit this specific chafer but we found that a standard, round food pan fits just fine which is good since we have hundreds of that size already. The chafer comes with a 6qt food pan but our 8qt food pans and split pans fit just fine. For the price, this product is great. One thing to note, the lid is only a soft close, it will only stay open if left in the full-open position and not stay open if left halfway open like some other brands.
