the product is good however i received some of pieces broken and not extra broken pieces in the box, meaning there were packed broken. i sent an email to costumer services and no one reply to my inquiry. I send pictures of broken pieces and nobody care.

It feels like a cross between glass and plastic and it says it’s not microwave safe. It performs great for visually impressive plating but I’d almost opt for a glass/stoneware one if I could find such. But still a great little plate for plating
