First box of 12 totally broken, replacement box 2 out of 12 not broken and they didn’t match what I ordered, second replacement all but 2 broken Also order grapefruit bowls, broken. Finally cancelled all bowl orders!

I ordered three cases and almost all arrived completely smashed. I cut my hands on the shards and breathed in a lot of ceramic dust trying to open these.

We highly recommend these bowls to any commercial kitchen. Their durability is only surpassed by their functionality. They are microwave safe, dishwasher safe and are very easy to store. Excellent product.
