My bowls arrived today. I am very happy with the color (true cobalt), size, and quality. Before ordering, I had some questions regarding capacity, nesting height, and dishwasher loading. They actually nest quite well, only slightly higher than my previous bowls. I wanted bowls that also nested well in the dishwasher. I didn't want bowls that required two or three rung spaces (like some modern bowls with more vertical sides require). These bowls do not have vertical (or near vertical) sides, though the top half does slant more steeply than the bottom half, but I feel like the slope is just right. The bowl holds 2 cups of water easily, with about 1/2 inch of space above the water. The bowls have a nice feel and heft without being too heavy.
