The Acopa Phoenix Gold 9 5/16" 18/0 Stainless Steel Forged Dinner Knife can with stand high temp dishwashers, daily restaurant use, and catering application. The gold color is the right sheen I was looking for. It complimented our dishes and decor very well. Compared to stainless or silver silverware, Acopa gold silverware will show wear faster.
