The Acopa Phoenix Gold 7 5/16" 18/0 Stainless Steel Forged Salad Fork can with stand high temp dishwashers, daily restaurant use, and catering application. The gold color is the right sheen I was looking for. It complimented our dishes and decor very well. Compared to stainless or silver silverware, Acopa gold silverware will show wear faster.

The Acopa Phoenix series is a very modern looking, forged - heavy duty flatware. We recently upgraded to this set and everyone has loved it! Would definitely recommend..the salad fork is slightly smaller than the dinner fork
