The Acopa Phoenix Gold 8 1/4" 18/0 Stainless Steel Forged Dinner Fork can with stand high temp dishwashers, daily restaurant use, and catering application. The gold color is the right sheen I was looking for. It complimented our dishes and decor very well. Compared to stainless or silver silverware, Acopa gold silverware will show wear faster.

Really impressed with the overall quality of these forks! Love the color and the heavy feel this fork has to it! Also love that they can be dish washed! I did have to wipe them down after dishwasher to get rid of watermarks but that may just be me running low on the rinse aid in my dishwasher.

Look, feel, quality, weight - just as expected. These are very nice looking forks and definitely feel substantial. My only one qualm is that despite being dipped in barrinse spotless sanitizing solution, they do still somehow get water spots.

The Phoenix series from Acopa is a very modern heavy build duty quality flatware that looks great! Forged and such a nice looking fork.. Seems like it should last and has gotten many great compliments since we upgraded.. Love this fork!!
