These spoons are very sturdy and have a nice, heavy feel to them, which gives them a high-quality feel. They have a satin finish which will help over time and not show up any scratches , rather than a shiny, polished look. They are well-made and durable. Overall, an excellent value for the quality.

The Acopa Phoenix Gold 7 3/4" 18/0 Stainless Steel Forged Dinner or Dessert Spoon can with stand high temp dishwashers, daily restaurant use, and catering application. The gold color is the right sheen I was looking for. It complimented our dishes and decor very well. Compared to stainless or silver silverware, Acopa gold silverware will show wear faster.
