The Acopa Phoenix Gold 6 1/4" 18/0 Stainless Steel Forged Bouillon Spoon can with stand high temp dishwashers, daily restaurant use, and catering application. The gold color is the right sheen I was looking for. It complimented our dishes and decor very well. Compared to stainless or silver silverware, Acopa gold silverware will show wear faster.

The Phoenix series from Acopa is a very modern heavy build duty quality flatware that looks great! Seems like it should last and has gotten many great compliments since we upgraded.. Love this spoon!!
