I probably should have read the description more carefully because the photo makes the handle look much longer than it actually is. In reality, it’s surprisingly short, honestly too short to be useful for most applications, especially considering it’s meant for something hot and liquidy like soup or gravy. The handle is so short it practically disappears into the pot or chafer, which kind of defeats the purpose. It does technically work, but it’s far from practical.

The stainless steel of this ladle is phenomenal. The long handle makes gripping so much easier and the spout is perfect for pouring without spilling .
